He will continue to snipe at any who attempt to run or come as reinforcements.

Dungeon Master:

Wexley's moving south? i though you (& Mr. Choe), had already moved to the group of boulders on the south side of the creek prior to having combat begin?!

So you were just to the east with those boulders on the north side of the creek?

Also, are you going to try to get into infravision range after the 2nd volley of arrows, then help lead the charge to the orcs you can see?

Not trying to lead a charge, you said the Orcs retreated from the pyre to the forest's edge. So, Wexley and Mr. Choe would have to move to the bottom of the boulders (South) to remain in a better position to shoot. Unless of course I am mistaken of the positions.

Yes, if you move to within 60 ft of the orcs you should be able to spot them if they are not well concealed & thus no -2 penalty.

But they could then also spot you, however your weapons have more range.

Orc Pyre Battle - Round 1 : Segment 2: Clarified with Final Actions

Ok, This looks to be the Actions for the Party this Segment 2.

Wexley & Mr. Choe are up ahead of the party at those boulders on the south bank of the Goblinwater Creek.

Wexley will be readying a bow shot this segment, along with Mr. Choe.

They are awaiting for the rest of the party to advance to their position, Kormak leading.

Segment 2 for the adventure party is mainly being used for the party to ready another arrow shot & Mort initiating advancing up.

Nothing comes from the Orcs in the trees this segment.


Wexley:

Readying his bow & arrow for another shot this segment.

Mr. Choe:

Readying his bow & arrow for another shot this segment.

Kormak:

Charges in at the Orc Mort shot at for segment 2.

During another segment he reaches the Orc: Two-Handed Sword[1d20 +1] = 19+1 = 20 Dmg[1d10 +2] = 1+2 = 3 Lrg Dmg[3d6 +2] = 10+2 = 12

Borum: stays back this segment & then proceeds to follow Kormak next segment (as does rest of group).

Mort:
Reloads & aims this segment.

Like an archer in an army of crossbow men reloads while marching slowly towards where the orcs were waiting for an orc to aim and fire at if one is seen in the shadows of the night and does not look from the shadow of it to be Victor or Kormak he will fire at it.

Maya:
Reloads & Aims this Segment.

Idonea:

Will nock & aim arrow this segment 2.

Maya, hearing the scream and knowing her arrow has reached it's mark, lets loose another since the orcs have decided against charging into melee.

Well... there goes my luck at the bow...

kormak didn't use ranged that roll is for when he is in melee. He is a melee guy he does not use the bow usually ever. No idea why it was bought for him back when we did mass purchasing.

The Orc Pyre is approximately 10 ft diagonally SW of another set of boulders on the north side of the Goblinwater creek.

Now will the Party move at 40 ft per round starting segment 4, unless you all decide to run up to Wexley & Mr. Choe that will be 120 ft/round.

The party is 65 ft from Wexley & Mr. Choe right now with 2 Orcs left standing, this time the Orcs will be at -4 To Hit when/if another volley of arrows/bolts go flying & unless i see if Wexley can spot

the other 2 Orcs.

Already rolled for Maya on another volley of arrows, missed either way.

Victor will use his previously stated action when melee starts, running the the brush that he has been using to attack the orcs. He has been staying out of sight but still closing in on the orcs this entire time in order to flank them, which was the initial plan ;)

Now that bow I really should have given to Borum but clerics can't use bows WTF is with that anyways :lol: hmm how far in would he have to run to use his hammer as a throwing weapon? :?
