Ok, so now the entire party is in the market square outside the tavern readying up their horses?

If so then the party will be paid a visit by none other than Lord Guido Macsen Wiedig himself with 8 of his men-at-arms & Captain Crunche (Daywatch Captain), seen as they
approach from north of the tavern's far side.

Victor see's the lord approach and begins digging in his pockets, a quick slap on the hands from Maya stops him, "Gah, Maya my dear you never let me have any fun!" He sits on his horse with a fake pout for a bit before he winks at her and watches for what the lord has to say.

Kormak to Victor "No fun eh Vic?"

Victor gives Kormak a wide grin, "You said it! She says that it is to make sure I don't cause any mass mayhem but my opinion? Her time in the military was under the anti-fun regiment, they go around punching clowns and taking candy from babies!"

Maya "........"

Lord Guido to the Adventure Party:

"Good Day Folks!, I am Lord Guido Macsen Wiedig, I wanted to wish you all Good Luck in finding the Kmarties & perhaps the fate of the previous group."

"A search party i sent out has brought back dire news of an apparent army gathering near the Lonely Tower, so do be careful."

Mort "Wait the Kmarties? I was paid by the Walmarties to make sure the Kmarties were never found."

Wolfram, snapping to Victor, upset boo hoo style: "But, but...I think Maya is very funny!!

Then, sheepishly towards Maya: "Eh...I mean.....glmph"

Idonea: "Thank you for the consideration, Lord Guido. I understand that this tower is along the path the last party took. We shall endeavor to avoid it. But, should we encounter anything else of pressing strategic interest, how would you prefer us to communicate it? Send a rider back to the Keep, or is there a place of rendezvous where your men will be staging in the woods?"

Mort "Yes your lord I was making a joke, take no distress in what I said. See Victor you are not the only one with a sense of humor." he smiles to the lord and winks to Victor.

[Pulpatoon]

Ewat takes a moment to process Mort's joke, and chuckles.

Idonea shoots Ewat a look and chides Mort, "There's yet to be evidence that any of you jackanapes have a sense of humor. But if you have any sense, you'll listen while the Lord is speaking!"

Kormak "He aint my lord....." he grumbles quietly enough but the folks in the back of the group near him can hear it well enough.

Mort "You wound me Idonea. The one time I am not entirely serious and you chide me. Continue Lord, forgive my absurdity."

Borum whispers to Kormak "Watch it Kormak." then chuckles a little at Mort and Idonea.

Victor "Hahahaha, I only jest wolfy! I am glad that I am not the only one who see's Maya's hidden talent for comedy!" He gives Wolfram a wink and a wide smile.

Maya "Hush both of you, they are talking."

Victor winks back at Mort and dramatically places his hands over his heart, "Ah! A man after my own heart! Haha"

Lord Guido Macsen Wiedig grimaces inside at the Walmarte joke, since they are another family of merchants that frequent the Keep.

To Idonea:
"Unless you have a handful like the previous party did when they brought back Hobbit Bandits to the Keep, i would suggest you wait until after you find the Kmarties or you must return beforehand due to being severely wounded or less in numbers capable of completing the mission."

[Pulpatoon]

Idonea: "As you wish, Lord Guido. The Gods' luck to you in dealing with this army. If there is nothing more, we ask your permission to begin our expedition."

She turns around to the party, "All ready to ride?"

Mort "Yes let us ride on."

Kormak lets out some sort of war cry.

Borum "And so it begins." yup I'll rip off a great movie any time.

Lord Guido to the Adventure Party:

"Permission granted & Godspeed to you all."
