STR CHECK [1d20] = 18 DEX CHECK [1d20] = 11
Well... it would appear as if I passed my dexterity check, but not my strength....

The doctor will attempt to cross as well after the dwarf makes it through. He has a look of fear across his face though as the doctor realizes he has very little arm strength and that he may surely fall. He desperately looks to the others and around his surroundings before he attempts this. "Uh, you guys sure this is the only way to cross safely?"

Strongarm lives up to his last name "Well Doc I wouldn't call it safe but it works. Thanks for the aid but I need these damned skulls off me." he then proceeds to smash the skulls with his hammer and not his actual weapon. "Glad I have the tools to take care of these nasty things. Never said I was agile like an elf but I at least live up to me family name of strongarm." he winks then tries to help with the good Doctor.

For the DM:[1d100] = 1[1d20] = 7[1d10] = 4[1d8] = 4[1d6] = 1[1d4] = 4

Hammer Hit[1d20] = 16 Hammer Dmg[1d4] = 3 to Skull 1
Hammer Hit[1d20] = 18 Hammer Dmg[1d4] = 2 to Skull 2

[1d100] = 67 [1d20] = 13 [1d10] = 8 [1d8] = 4 [1d6] = 6 [1d4] = 2
[1d100] = 52 [1d20] = 19 [1d10] = 8 [1d8] = 3 [1d6] = 1 [1d4] = 1
[1d100] = 100 [1d20] = 8 [1d10] = 1 [1d8] = 8 [1d6] = 6 [1d4] = 4
[1d100] = 1 [1d20] = 10 [1d10] = 7 [1d8] = 5 [1d6] = 3 [1d4] = 3
[1d100] = 85 [1d20] = 7 [1d10] = 1 [1d8] = 8 [1d6] = 5 [1d4] = 3
Talaseka watches as both the dwarf and the doctor have trouble with the pit. Against her better judgement she wades into the bones to help rescue Fezuul. Swinging her weapon and shield, she becomes a bladed blender and then, a steady hand for the man to balance himself against as he climbs out of the pit.
(Fezuul takes one additional boney finger damage)
[1d100] = 75 [1d20] = 12 [1d10] = 7 [1d8] = 6 [1d6] = 2 [1d4] = 1
She takes minimal damage from the ensuing claws and bites. Her aura attracts the majority, givng all of the remaining party members a window of opportunity to make it across with fewer attacks.

"T-thanks," the doctor stutters as he accepts the paladin's support. "I'm not built like a warrior, not like the others in the group...." As the doctor makes it to the other side of the pit, he will try to help others crossing it, applying first aid where needed.

Three 'secret' doors along the east wall are pretty obvious to the elf and dwarf. Gil picks up signs that only the northernmost has any sign of recent passage. Walking a few steps past the collection of secret doors, the elf realizes that he began his escape by running north from this spot. Which means, the cult and his captors were/are somewhere beyond this northernmost secret door to the east.

Asking for silence, Gilnes approaches each doorway and attempts to Ditect Noise. (20%)

Doorway 2
[1d100] = 20

Doorway 3
[1d100] = 23

Strongarm keeps silent so that Gilnes can check the doors. He will attempt to search for signs of passage other than their own tracks.

Tracking (11) Tracking Check Attempt[1d20] = 9

The human female being pulled out of the pit, shaking off the bones, her armor clanking here and there, brings none of the requested silence. On the contrary, as Gilnes listens at the doors, he senses that whoever is inside the cult's complex, is surely aware of you all. Just where they are lurking is still a mystery however, he hears nothing from inside any of the doors.

Gilnes looks over at the paladin and smiles.
And calmly confirmes with Strongarm concerning his tracking.

For the DM: [1d100] = 80[1d20] = 17[1d10] = 3[1d8] = 8[1d6] = 1[1d4] = 4

Next, Gilnes approaches each doorway and attempts to Ditect Traps(55%)
Doorway 1 :)
[1d100] = 21
Doorway 2 :D
[1d100] = 4
Doorway 3 :(
[1d100] = 74

The thief is confident that all three 'pushdoors' are without traps.

With a grumble, Gilnes raises from examing the northern most doorway."Well Strongarm, I was taught never to let a closed-door `closed`, always have a peek inside. But I believe that our path lies north, past the northern most doorway. So if we decide to leave these doorways as they are, we better spike them closed. If only to protect our rear."

The Elf strikes a hansome pose of one giving into compulsion, "But on second thought, i'd really like to know what might be behind these doorways."

Nodding his agreement, Gilnes moves to the southern most doorway, nearest the pit, and waiting until the party is ready, opens the doorway stamding clear so as not to block the doorway.

"If anything rushes out, Benson, Phineus, and Strongarm engage it. Let us bottle-neck the doorway so only one can get through at a time." He says whilst preparing to open the door.

"Ready, one... two... three." opening the door.

Strongarm nods liking how he and Gilnes appear to be on the same line of thought. Hmm what is this just two players now?

Without any real optional course of action, the others ready themselves at the southernmost door.
Gilness requests Strongarm's assistance as the door is harder to push in than first expected. With the additional thrust, the door opens quickly.
Both players begin hustling to shut the door, before the full effect of their mistake can take place.

Strongarm attacks whatever is closest of this colony of "whatever things these are" with his flail.

If someone is carrying a torch, Fezuul will ask for it and use it to light a pool of alcohol, that he quickly spreads out on top of the evil critters, on fire. If there is no torch, he will cast shield on himself. Though if no one is carrying a torch in here.... why?! :lol:
