Sorry for the wait guys, my new work schedule has been taking priority thus far.

Goosh Goosh is shocked to see id's last bolt eaten by the plant monster thing, and goes into a blind fury that only a jello like creature can muster. With fancy alien dagger in hand, the Goosh charges into the fight as well and hacks at the plant monster thing.

Dagger Strike [1d20] = 11 Damage [1d4] = 1

The plant'o many mouths continues to spread out, individual masses of vines seeking new victims.
The two mouths attached to Shawn continue with their sucking action 2 damage but the other mouths around him fail to find a good place to latch on as he frantically swings his blade.
Ragnez, Zengars mystical blade hums through the air but does little more than keep a seeking vine from finding him as a meal.
Alex dodges back from advancing vines and manages to squash one of the many mouths seeking him out with his sling, sending an orange-ish sap splaying the other vines.
The quick sword of Elvis deftly knocks a vine away and slices through it, sending it to fly back into the mass.
A vine ropes toward Abel who shrinks just out of it's grasping reach just in time.
Goosh Let's out a squeal you can only assume is anger and charges into a mass of vines, swinging his blade to knock 2 vines away from tasting Dralasite for the first time.

you wouldn't believe how many bad rolls these vines are making!

As soon as he's done shrinking down to half size, Abel moves in and attacks the vine monster. He hopes his smaller, denser form will be harder to hit and hurt. He also hopes to have better luck with his hand axe than he did with his bow.

Abel moves over to were Shawn is and attempts to hack away at the vine-mouths that are attached to and holding him...

Zengar, anger rising at the agility of the vines, sheathes Ragnez, closes his eyes, takes a deep breath and then lets loose the terrible blade in a flurry of slashes!

Shawn hacks at the vines tryig to latch on to him, sensing the heat building in his hands, 'Another few seconds and yu\our going to get fried' he thinks to himself too engrossed to talk.

Shawn continues to fend off the advancing vines and attacks with his blade but causes no harm to the two mouths attached to him.
Shawn [1d20] = 8 [1d8] = 4

"Is there no end to these things?" shouts Elvis as he also tries to fend off the assault. As if in answer two of the mouths attempt to latch on to him but miss their chance as he sends chunks of vegetation soaring overhead.

Abel severs the vines holding Shawn with well placed hacks from his axe, releasing their grip on him, the mouths fall to the ground to be stamped underfoot.

Alex lets loose another missile from his sling but one of the vines wrap around his other arm, throwing off his aim, and a mouth latches onto his entire hand!4 damage

The Dralasite has a bit more luck this time and his dagger slices through one of the softer mouths before it can latch on.
"Is this what Earth peoples call 'mowing the lawn'? " he asks.

Zengar appears to collect himself and barrages the vines with a savage swing of his sword sending leaves and hungry mouths to fly into the air.

Zengar and Shawn can feel the energy growing within them, aching for release.

The plant reals under the blows and seems to pause...then several mouths around the mass, all the way up to the rollercoaster, open and begin ringing little bells held therein. Dozens of the shiny instruments chime and become a loud dinner call.

Not a bad round, but the plants/vines are still many and, although you've tossed a lot of salad, there is more to go.

Round FIVE initiatives and actions please

The Goosh reels back a bit upon hearing the chorus of... dinner bells? A horrid thought floods id's mind of a classic american sitdown meal, with a big quivering bowl of JELL-O on the table as the main course. The Goosh swings his alien blade wildly in hopes of cutting any incoming, hungry vines.

Abel continues to hack away at the vine monster, hoping that the distraction will allow Shawn a chance to get free and move away, if that's his intentions.

Zengar and Shawn release another wave of terrible heat and the plant-thing reals and begins to withdrawl over the ship and back onto the rollercoaster, Evil Knievel.
"NOOO! The Goosh is nots food!" Goosh as his blade tears through a retreating vine.
Elvis manages to swat at a few of the vines as they squirm but causes no real damage as the vines pull away.
The weed wacking axe of Alex chops easily through the vines and sends several pieces to fly on the wind.
Abel's own hand axe is less effective but still manages to smash some of the retreating vegetation.
The bells continue to chime, though far less loudly, however, the keener eyes of the group spot figure moving toward them at a distance from the park behind! There must be dozens!
A telepathic static rips through the mind of our psychic mutant and he hears the animalistic, simple thoughts as they approach. A chorus of "Protect.....feed.....FEED!"



As the plants fall back, the hatch of the ship is exposed.
