As for healing: it's now morning, and the night before lasted a week. I'd normally say you need to use a morning spell slot, especially since I asked "Any spells etc. before you turn in for the night?" on Oct. 23. I'll let you backdate it this time, but from now on, healing spells have to be posted before morning to avoid using a morning spell slot.
