V remains unconscious

Eclipse starts this action at a height of 2" above the roof and flies 6" to the end while diving to as close as possible and then diving at the roofs edge. Because of turn radius (and inches of flight remaining) he gets 1" below the roof level. But is 1" above "L". The damage is limited, but knockback is 6" and since you are above the target he is knocked back into the ground below. As he slams into the ground awkwardly he is knocked out. (FYI - No crits in HERO system per say, "crits" come from high damage rolls)

L does not get an action this segment.

Knight Light digs deep using the Force and throws BSD #3 back 4m (2 hexes) doing limited damage.

Force is unconscious but beginning to move around. (Taking a RECovery)

Dos Seso says on comms, "Not that it will be a surprise, but going down with my mind blank active it is possible you could lose me on the battle field, but hoping that their minds will not register my presence." Dos Seso jumps through the opening hitting the ground with my velocity. Back on comms, "They are bugging out in four cars. Two north side two south side. I will try to lock on to Wind Dragon." (Note this is describing what he plans to do next segment)

Oly on comms, "I will try to hold the north side."

That takes us to Azir.

I'm also looking to hold my action until the cars appear, but is there an obvious place they might appear from, such as a large garage door? If it's a certain distance I might make a half move then hold, if I can do that.

Azir holds her action, waiting for the cars that Dos Seso said are coming so that she can react to them.

Oly spend a half-phase to stand up and then postpones the other half also waiting for the cars.

Eclipse calls in the police that will be leaving from the southern staging area.

T remains unconscious

With the focus on the where these cars are going to exit, there are 6 doors (semi-sized) on both the north and south sides - that are roughly evenly spaced along the sides. On the 17 DEX for Segment 8 the 12 doors all open at once. If the door are numbered 1-6 from west to east. There are 4 black Cadillac DeVille exiting out of exits 2 and 6 on the north and 4 and 6 on the south.

Oly reaches into his coat pocket and pulls out a small packet that he throws again the car windshield. This lets out as Flash attack on the driver of the car coming his way. The flash does affect the target.

BSD #3 gets up and runs off the edge of the building falling to the ground. He will need to spend a half-phase to get up.

Azir is the only one with a held action

What would you like to try to do?

A non-complete list could be

  • Jump trying to smash the engine (Move Through on the engine)
  • Leap and punch the car
  • Leap and pick-up the car (leap and grab)

Through the pain and the pounding headache Eclipse considers using his powers on the nearest car to surpress it's electrical systems, but decides not to because it would have to be maintained. So instead he uses his telekinetic powers to flip the car onto it's roof, but not too fast so that there is minimal harm to the occupants.

This assumes the car isn't a soft top. If it is he'll flip it onto its side instead.

The vehicle is just getting started so it only has an effective DCV of 1, because of the size this is reduced by 2 (with a min of DCV 0). So it has a DCV of 0 and you need to do a Grab. (-1 OCV/ -2 DCV) Since you need the full 35 STR to lift the car you will need to use the slot without fine manipulation. Turning the car over (even slowly) does NOT require fine manipulation.
