Ambergris

and his skeleton crew bring up the rear. They hold in the rubble portion while he discusses options regarding which door.

"We could just get one skeleton to each open a door simultaneously. Then we will get a better idea of who or what is behind." he suggests as one option.

Or just pick a door and see where it leads. Is Auruyan familiar with any of these? Guess not.

Tommy takes his time, checking the floor and the wall...and finds a gap in the stonework that suggests a presence of a hidden door.
At about the same time, the unseen servant, McCoy, collapses as the spell ends.

Ambergris

No point asking the skeletons what they hear beyond the three normal doors. He listens himself behind each in turn, giving time for Tommy to scout the secret passage if he wishes.

Lesh is staying watchful but is mostly interested in getting through that door. He looks over his companions and Aurayaun, to see how they fair?

Tommy opens the secret door revealing another watery tunnel with rotting pillars extending off into darkness...

While Lesh checks on Aurayaun, Ambergris checks on the other doors. He hears nothing at the southern most door and is on his way to the middle door when it suddenly opens. Facing him and spilling out into the corridor are four men. Wearing chainmail and carrying a shield, the first man rushes him with a yell, mace held high, intent on braining the aged captain. Behind the man, another follows suit.

Ambergris

Probably taken a little by surprise, nevertheless tells the skeletons, "Attack the cultists and redeem yourselves!" pointing at the intruders.

Ambergris initiative [1d20+2]=3+2=5

in my mind I had one skeleton by each door so S1 at the top, S2 in the middle and S3 by the bottom one.

In an effort to restrain the first man through the door, I will summon an entangling net as part of my Warlock pact with the Great Old Ones. The net appears and he casts it at the first person in an effort to entangle him and thus make it easier next round to run him through or enchant a spell on him.

Ambergris cast his pact weapon: Entangling Net [1d20+4]=8+4=12

hearing the strangers voice in Ambergris direction Tommy decides to hold off on exploring beyond the secret door however he has to make sure they are not flanked
he closes the secret door and wedges a dagger on a gap or hinge to jam the door and make hard to open then advances towards the noise

to Aurayaun:
you're still hurt, use the bow, just make sure no onw takes our back

he continues getting ready to fire an eldritch blast from afar as soon as he sees an enemy

Lesh turns and rushes past Aurayaun and bounds up the stairs in a single leap rushing back towards Ambergris. Growling and clicking, "Ka-ka-ka, espiritous armas!" summing a large dark smoky-colored werepanther to attack the nearest cultist (attack F1 as a bonus action). Skidding to a halt beside the old sailor, Lesh flings one of his javelins at the same cultist. "Ka-ka-ka, maldavo" he snarls.

Fists of Bane!
Initiative Order: Tommy (15), Lesh (13), Ambergris (5), Fists (1)

Servants of Bane pour out of the middle crypt, but the companions are not caught unaware!
Tommy's sensitive hearing alerts him to the danger and Lesh takes off at a run! While Tommy spikes the secret door shut, Lesh calls upon the power of Kelemvor - "Ka-ka-ka, espiritous armas!" summing a large dark smoky-colored were-panther! The non-corporal beast leaps upon the first of the Banites through the door scratching and biting at the man.
Taken a little by surprise, Ambergris nevertheless tells the skeletons, "Attack the cultists and redeem yourselves!" As one, the undead obey their master. S3 is the closest and drives a rusty broken sword deep into the ribs of F1! The man howls in agony and turns toward the creature, ignoring the shadowy were-panther.

Ambergris invokes the name of Dendar, the Night Serpent and summons a shimmering net...casting it at F1. However, the Banite is in good standing with his god for he brushes it aside, steps through the shadowy were-panther and attacks the aged sea captain! The mace misses Ambergris' head by a few inches, but the Banite is almost on top of him!

With the press of the Banites, the corridor suddenly becomes quite crowded as the skeletons seek to obey their master. The second Fist steps through the door and smashes S3 with his mace, knocking a few ribs from the undead's chest! Fist 2: [1d20+5]=10+5=15 [1d6+3]=3+3=6

F3 and F4 try to push out of the room, but they are essentially held fast with the combatants in the narrow hall...for now.

I'm going to stop here for actions and plans seeing as how the melee landscape has changed somewhat. The hall is only 5' wide so it's getting really crowded and if you are flailing and attacking, you could end up hitting your companion(s).

The werepanther continues to attack the nearest cultist (bonus action) while Lesh snarls "gra-gra-splandoria" casting Word of Radiance on F1, F2, and F3.

Spiritual Weapon: [1d20+6]=5+6=11, damage: [1d8+5]=1+5=6
Word of Radiance: Damage: [1d6]=5

Word of Radiance
Range/Area: 5 ft.
Attack/Save: CON 13
Source: XGtE, pg. 171
You utter a divine word, and burning radiance erupts from you. Each creature of your choice that you can see within range must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 radiant damage.

Fists of Bane...and the Return of the Necromancer!
Initiative Order: Tommy (15), Lesh (13), Ambergris (5), Fists (1)

Tommy takes off at a run up the steps, past Aurayaun and stops in the hallway as his companions fight the Fists of Bane! He has a spell ready, awaiting an opening...and the opening comes quicker than expected as the upper door opens and Flennis the necromancer steps through!

Image

"There you are, little cat! I've got a present for you," she hisses, striding forward...and then screams when Tommy drills her with the crackling energy of his Eldritch Blast! (11 dmg)
Staggered, she doesn't fall, and instead charges Tommy swinging her silvered skull mace...with painful affect! Slamming into Tommy's shoulder, he feels like part of his soul has been sucked out of him as the necrotic energy gives him painful spasms!

And then she attacks him again...but this time, he manages to dodge the skull mace!

A few feet away, the were-panther continues its attack, this time on F4, while Lesh snarls "gra-gra-splandoria", unleashing a burning radiance upon the three remaining Fists of Bane! Two of the Banites cry out in pain and surprise, while the third (F4) merely flinches. CON Save: [1d20+1]=2+1=3 [1d20+1]=3+1=4 [1d20+1]=19+1=20

Ambergris uses the opportunity to drive his spike spear deep into the back of F3! The man cries out again, staggers, doesn't fall, and attacks Lesh! But the lizardman shaman pivots and dodges the attack easily. Fist 3: [1d20+5]=3+5=8 [1d6+3]=6+3=9

F4 ignores the ineffectual spiritual panther and charges Ambergris, hoping to brain the aging captain, but like his companion, he is unable to hit the servant of Dendar! Fist 4: [1d20+5]=4+5=9 [1d6+3]=2+3=5

The skeletons attack the servants of Bane, with S2 missing, but S3 drives its rusted sword up under the man's chin and out the top of his head, killing him instantly!
Skeleton 2: [1d20+4]=1+4=5 [1d6+2]=3+2=5
Skeleton 3: [1d20+4]=18+4=22 [1d6+2]=6+2=8

Ambergris

Invokes another entangling net which shoots from his hook hand like a ballooning spider web to land over Fist 4. That should disadvantage him enough to mean as he stabs and cuts his way out, the skeletons can press advantage over him.

Ambergris cast his pact weapon: Entangling Net [1d20+4]=18+4=22

Tommy tries to recover from the surprise of seeing the the necro-lady and the the silvery skullmace brings him back and instinctively casts Shield as a reaction (adds +5 to his AC giving him a total of 20 AC for 1 round) the shied absorbs the damage but the force of the blow still pushes him and steps back trying to get out of melee range and fires again

moves back to the intersection giving space for his companions to join the fight and attack her as well
Eldritch Blast- to hit:[1d20+7]=1+7=8 damage:[1d10+4]=5+4=9
still shaken by the surprise of finding the necromancer, tries to fire
we've been looking for you, can't we just cuddle?

shield spell
Shield
1 abjuration
Casting Time: 1 reaction, which you take when you are hit by an attack or targeted by the magic missile spell
Range: Self
Target: Self
Components: V S
Duration: 1 round
Classes: Sorcerer, Wizard
An invisible barrier of magical force appears and protects you. Until the start of your next turn, you have a +5 bonus to AC, including against the triggering attack, and you take no damage from magic missile.

Fists of Bane...and the Return of the Necromancer!
Initiative Order: Tommy (15), Lesh (13), Ambergris (5), Fists (1)

Shaken by the surprise of the necromancer, Tommy fires another eldritch blast, missing her by a couple of feet. Trying to buy time, he says, "We've been looking for you, can't we just cuddle?"
"The time for cuddling is long past," she hisses, trying her best to brain the tabaxi, but being unsuccessful.
Necromancer: [1d20+2]=5+2=7 [1d8]=3 [4d6]=13
Necromancer: [1d20+2]=11+2=13 [1d8]=1 [4d6]=5

The divinely inspired were-panther claws and chews on F3 to the point of almost killing the Banite. Then, Lesh unleashes another radiant wave of power and the man falls! His companion, F4, again seems unaffected.
Then, Ambergris summons another mystical net and ensnares the Fist of Bane! The man hollers for help as he struggles to free himself, giving the skeletons an opportunity to attack. S3 misses, but S1 jabs the man bloody with a broken spear shaft.
Skeleton 1: [1d20+4]=10+4=14 [1d6+2]=6+2=8
Still, the Fist of Bane refuses to fall!

Actions!
Map is relatively unchanged except F3 is dead and F4 is entangled.
