The door opens with a groan, as its rusty hinges move for the first time in months? Years? Beyond is a dark passage, going south. Thirty feet or so from the door, there is a dark archway.

You walk down until you near the archway. Beyond, you can see a corridor travelling east to west, forming a T-shaped intersection with the corridor you are in. Gunnar can smell both silver and copper coming from the area beyond the archway.

Looking to the east, the passage goes at least 30 feet. At the end of that range, there appears to be a bricked-up arch to the right.

We follow, Gunnar tapping with the pole on the floor as they walk.
What's this place like? The door seemed like it hadn't been opened for a long time... are there any tracks in the dust? Is the smell of silver strong, or weak? Any frescoes or writing on the walls? Does this look like it was for very prestigious burials or poorer burials? (The copper smell may have been a clue in that direction, heh.)

From the general appearance of the corridor - dust and cobwebs - it is a long time since any has walked these halls. You see no sign of tracks.
The hallway goes east 30 feet, with a bricked up arch at the end of that length, to the right, and then enters a 20-foot square room with many burial alcoves. The alcoves appear to be empty, but between the alcoves are decorative patterns plated with silver. With proper tools and chisels, the silver could be removed, but it would be difficult, time-consuming, and noisy. On the other hand, there is a fair amount of silver here - Gunnar can estimate it as being worth about 15,00 gp if all successfully removed.
Tools to do the job could be gotten back in Helix; they would cost you 100 gp. You estimate that the work would take about 2 hours. What the noise might bring is best left to your imagination. There is a fortune here for the daring, or death for the foolish. It is up to you to decide which.

Daryll grunts. He looks around wistfully at the silver. No way to get it out of here without the Lord noticing. Ah well.
Cisneros speaks up. "Let's explore to the west, then perhaps tackle the bricked-up archway. And then I'd like to leave, and clean myself. This oil is ... disgusting."
