When Giotto was poking around in the computer, he was able to find a complete inventory of the Globes inhabitants. He is sure that as evidence, there is enough information to convict Sir Gnetus for kidnapping and torturing sophants, and to close down the experiments.

In that inventory, he found out that Chiree's people were being held in Globe #5.

What do you do?

Can Giotto disable or reprogram the bots from this computer?

Giotto, you can certainly try to disable the security bots. They are operated from the main computer, which you have already hacked.

Roll 2d6, plus computer skill.

Seeing what Giotto is up to, Ringar waits, keeping an eye out for trouble.

Giotto is sucessful in shutting down the security bots, by turning off both power and communications from the main computer. They are effectively large chunks of metal.

You are now free to rescue the chirpers in Globe #5, and get out of the station, if you choose.

Alright, let's head down to globe 5. Turning toward the elevator.

You gather up the goodies you have found, and prepare to go down to Globe #5. The elevator capsule is still on this floor, and you can ride it down to the globe.

What do you do when you get there?

"Is there a code or something we need to open this? Do we need Chiree to be in the front so they don't see us as a threat?"

Summons the lift.

OCC: I assume since the team made it up here they have a cursory knowledge of the lifts operation.

Maddox keeps up with the others while keeping an eye out for any signs of trouble.

The elevator capsule is still where you left it, so all you need to do is push the "open" button.

Giotto, when you went looking through the computer files, you found the list of Globe inhabitants. The locking mechanism to enter the globes has a 4-digit entry code, based on the planetary statistics being duplicated. You can share this information with the rest of the group, if you wish.

Since there is a readout screen with the full details of the environment, you should be able to figure out how to get Globe#5 open. (hint: look up the stats for Vanjen, in the scenario introduction)

Chiree is looking up at all of you. Are you really going to find my siblings and get them out? Can we leave after? I don't like this place.

You push the "Globe 5" button on the panel, and the elevator starts spiraling down the main shaft.

Any discussion of what you will do when you get there? Also, plans to contact that submarine that is waiting?

Before hitting the button to descend: Okay, maybe wait... we get down to level 5, open the chamber with Chiree's family in it. Then we haul ass for the top again, I am thinking we take the air raft to get back down to the sub and then stick it in the cargo bay. Thoughts? Anyone know how to pilot the airraft?
