For the record, your roll was highest. But there was a time limit on the roll per we're trying to keep the pace of the game up and your roll was outside the time frame.

Don't worry; I'm sure we'll have plenty of opportunities to perfect the process. :)

After encountering a number of pit traps in the first hallway can we assume that party members are continuing to serach for traps in their walking path? Or should we include it in each post?

Just include it even if it seems obvious. This is the type of dungeon where I can't assume anything. Something as simple as opening a door can kill you.

I'm going to go ahead and bow out of this game.

Trying to focus my efforts on some other projects, and that means purging a few other things to reduce requirements. Wanted to formally indicate intentions, though, and not just stop posting...

Feel free to plunder as necessary.

Thanks,

Al

Who do we have left?

Can I borrow Tix's magic ring? the goal is to see if it triggers anything. I guess I am asking if it ok to loot the missing/departed players?

Yes a roll call could be useful - there are a lot of new players looking for games from what I can gather so it would be good to get a full compliment if possible. More heads and all that!

Yes you may sparkles has not been on this board since April so I'll assume he's done.
Dumbunny hasn't been on since May so I'll rule him out as well.

Al has bowed out so Skiiratch is an NPC for the moment. He will get an honorable death since his player took the time to contact me instead of disappearing. :)

If you guys can find your way back to the entrance without getting killed I'll recruit new players off the waiting list.

Sorry :)

Was looking at the character thread and missed you. Solves the question of who can use the scrolls though.

I will take the scrolls and the phylatery (sic). I have same or better armour and shield so don't need these. Anyone want the shield, short sword or the boots?

seems as though we don't need too much in the way of weapons and armour, no wandering encounters yet. Anything to enhance brain power though wouldn't go amiss!!

wish we had time to 'liberate' the bodies of their donations to the party cause but seems we have to leave before we all go the same way! McCloud will take the wand from the body and compassionate as he his, the cat if alive! Leave the other stuff if we come back this way..?

The dust could be useful but I think you may have your hands full! Perhaps better to get away than risk another bolt!
