The order of entry into the hangar may be something you care about. It gives you a chance to form an impression. Or, we can just say "everyone arrives", and let the dice tell me the reaction unmodified.

As for "marching order" if we stick with Kar, Tiv, Sigbjørn and the "civic dignitaries/schmoozing team" (Eno, Rubati, etc) up front and then follow up with the more military Raven and Remington (on his Thundercat) then the slavers/warband escorting the slaves and "gladiators" that may both make sense to the Aslan mind and focus their suspicion / attention firmly in that area.

I agree with that order of operations. Plus, it keeps half the warband actively guarding the unruly slaves on each side of the anirlock
and hopefully prevent enough time for the Aslan reception guard to attempt to relieve us of weapons.

Tiv believes that the male in full armour is the one he saw, lightly equipped, when he first met the Aslan.

1) Where is the janitor bot (containing the weapons) in relation to the slaves/guards? Tiv had instructed it to find a cleaning reason to remain close.

2) is the combat armored male Aslan warrior wearing a sealed helmet or is his head exposed or partly exposed?

The CA Aslan has an open-face helmet at present, but the faceplate (currently on top of the helmet, like an angled crest) and "mandibles" (currently retracted, forming "wings" behind the ears) are (Raven surmises) designed to rapidly slide into place, sealing the suit.

The more lightly armoured Aslan has an open-face helmet, with a clear (HUD?) visor covering his eyes.


I had imagined (and neglected to describe) the pavilion with open sides. Now it undeniably has (or, rather, had ) walls and embroidery. This certainly helps provoke ill-will in the sophonts you intend to provoke, and so is an improvement (in plot terms, not aesthetics).

FWIW I went down (yet another! ) rabbit hole of my own creation researching pavillion sides and their imagined construction (tabs, eyelets, etc) and spent a while trying to edit my last to accommodate all design possibilities vs. methods of sword assisted ingress. Of course the one option I utterly failed to envisage was open sides!

Hoping to get Rubati quickly in the mindset that she is part of the crew. He didn't mention that he removed all the bullets from the magazine before she got to his side...but not the chamber, so she only gets one shot...just in case.it’s a risk that he’s taking since he remembers hearing she asked to be taken into space.

Also hoping to put Remington close to the food gathering while still mounted on Thundercat if that's how he wants to engage. He is playing on "Oghmite" ways to conduct this sidebar inside the pavilion and use the pavilion wall that still is down as his concealment.

If Tiv can get the drop on him, he wants to take the first shot on the heavily armored rotten kittie warrior before his faceplate closes. Hoping to eliminate him from the fight right at the start, then worry about executing the plan to drop Her Words.
