Looking good. Some thoughts:

HP should be 30. (Rangers get two (d8) Hit Dice at first level, and another HD at second level. The Con bonus to hit points is added for every HD; three in this case.

His encumbrance is "Normal."
His movement is 9".

For languages, a Dunedain would know:

• Westron, the common tongue of Men
  Adunaic, the language of Numenor, from whence the Dunedain are descended
  Sindarin, the lower language of the Elves
  Dwarvish
  Orcish

There are no alignment languages.

Please fill in the Saving Throws. Let me know if you don't own a DMG and I can provide them.
A wisdom of 15 gets you a Magical Attack Adjustment of +1 which you should note beneath the Saving Throws, so I don't forget.
