Dungeon Master:

Round 1 : Segment 5:

As the Larger Goblins halted running out the back door & the Goblin Children reverse course, screaming in goblin:

Arn, Teladrin, & Procyon continue to advance, now near the turn of the 'L-Shaped' building.

Elusev will call out in Goblin,

Goblin Speak:
"Surrender. You are surrounded and I alone killed three of your number, surrender now and you may save your lives and the lives of the children."
Tuireann, begins to advance closer to those at the front entrance.

The remainder of the Adventurers, at the front & back lay in wait.

Cayley:

Cayley takes a quick glance around to see if any reinforcements are arriving, then returns to watching the doorway to see if anything gets past those that entered.

Tuireann:

Tuireann exclaims "Morrigan!" and points to his left to the wooden bridge that spans the quarry.
"It looks like a wolf but it's as large as a pony."
Tuireann releases Tewahutes's reigns and sets free the beast. He take a few steps away from the building closer to the bridge and assumes a defensive stance. Silently he holds his form and keeps his eye trained on the fast approaching beast.

Arn, upon hearing the warning, will rush back out the building the way he came in, sword drawn and ready to attack.

Dungeon Master:

Arn, Teladrin & Procyon, reached a point where they have the attention of, the larger goblins inside, as the Goblin children are running all over the place & screaming like crazy, trying to stay away from the 3 new strangers.

Cayley, would just keep looking back & forth from the broken entryway then towards the west side of the 'L-Shaped' building, i picture her somewhere in or around the gazebo south of the doorway.

I will have it Cayley tries to relay Tuireann's shouted warning.

Roll to determine if the 3 adventurers inside heard Cayley's shouting:
1-3 Yes : 4-6 No: [1d6] = 2

Teladrin picks up Cayley's warning & shouts it to Arn & Procyon.

Will they go ahead & turn to run back outside or stay to confront the larger Goblins?

As to the group in the back hearing Tuireann's warning:
1-3 Yes : 4-6 No: [1d6] = 2

Ok, they hear something & it causes them to look around:

Then, Oddgar, is like, "Giant Wolf!" & pointing towards the south side of the bridge.

Actions for group at backdoor needed!

Elusev stays where he is, not wanting to give the goblins any leeway. After hearing the warning he shifts his gaze towards the direction, seeing if he has a line of sight on the new approaching beast. He continues to keep his bow at the ready though.

As the large wolf charges the group Elusev turns his aim at the large creature and lets loose his arrow.

Long Bow(Specialized), To Hit:[1d20+4] = 9+4 = 13, Damage: S/M[1d6+1] = 5+1 = 6, L[1d6+1] = 2+1 = 3

He then quickly grabs another arrow and aims again at the giant beast, his breathing calm and even.

Dungeon Master:

Ok, I will make this Round 1 : Segment 6:

Initiative:
Party: [1d6] = 1
Goblins: [1d6] = 1

Both attacking at the same time.

Elusev: Turns his aim at the large creature and lets loose his arrow.

Long Bow(Specialized), To Hit:[1d20+4] = 9+4 = 13, Damage: S/M[1d6+1] = 5+1 = 6, L[1d6+1] = 2+1 = 3

The Arrow misses the Worg by the hairs on it's ears!

The Worg is approximately 100 feet away & will take approximately 3 segments to reach the group at the back door.

He then quickly grabs another arrow and aims again at the giant beast, his breathing calm and even.

Teladrin: Releases two arrows, each aimed at a separate goblin.

OOC: Only aiming at the larger goblins.

Bow (Point Blank) To Hit: [1d20+6] = 16+6 = 22, Damage: [1d6+2] = 4+2 = 6 (Result is doubled) Hits the Goblin for 12 Hit Points, dropping him.
Bow (Point Blank) To Hit: [1d20+6] = 19+6 = 25, Damage: [1d6+2] = 5+2 = 7 (Result is doubled) Hits the Goblin for 14 Hit Points, dropping him.

There are 2 Goblins left standing inside the "L-Shaped" Building with screaming Goblin Children running around in the space between the 2 remaining larger Goblins & Arn, Procyon & Teladrin.

Ok, here the 3 Goblins of the 3 left standing still had their Javelins & threw them at Arn, Teladrin & Procyon, prior to two of them being dropped by Teladrin's arrows.

Goblin Javelin #1: To Hit: [1d20] = 10 on Teladrin & missed!
Goblin Javelin #2: To Hit: [1d20] = 11 on Procyon & was a close one but missed!
Goblin Javelin #3: To Hit: [1d20] = 15 on Arn & missed!

Only one large Goblin left standing!

It looks like Arn & Procyon can do something here this segment!

Arn will attempt to tackle the one goblin left standing and subdue him!
Arn will use his grapple variable (p. 71) to add to his chance to 'hit' with the grapple:
Grapple bonus: [1d6+1] = 2+1 = 3
His total chance to succeed is: 40 (from AC 4) + 17 (Str) + 20 (opponent's AC) + 3 (grapple variable) = 80%
…vs. 80%: [1d100] = 74
…but, the goblin still has 1+1d4 he can use to reduce Arn's attempt, or reduce the damage once grappled.

Arn's attack once he gets a hold of the goblin (+32 for Str/Dex):
Grapple effect: [1d100+32] = 79+32 = 111
…reduced by whatever the goblin's ability scores and weight are (p. 72-73).

Elusev lets loose his knocked arrow aimed at the Worg, breathing still calm and even as he reaches for another arrow...

Long Bow(Specialized), To Hit:[1d20+4] = 14+4 = 18, Damage: S/M[1d6+1] = 3+1 = 4, L[1d6+1] = 1+1 = 2

Procyon will immediately throw a Javelin at the goblin who threw one at him in return.

Rolling for Damage
How many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky?
Yes, ’n’ how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry?
Yes, ’n’ how many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin’ in the wind
The answer is blowin’ in the wind
