I will say Berry did reflexively take a swig of his water skin to alleviate his condition. Not that Berry by himself can hold the day or anything. But what do we want to do?

Got it. Thanks for pointing that out, Rusty. I thought the crossbow shot was the instinct.

We are hemmed in on both sides, we clearly cannot camp. I think that we all swig some water if we want to then accept the grind. The next consequence is angry... I think Allric is likely to be angry anyway.

Let's move ahead as a group and Chase the kobolds. OOC Note: I can cast my spell and speak to the kobolds to sway them, but we only get one chance/action. We need the right timing, preferably when all together.

My instinct should help with that kobold talking

I was wracking my brain on that, too.

Here is my problem... I can't cast the spell on others, so I can't make Berry speak Kobold.

His instinct lets him try to resolve it free, without help, if he can communicate. If he fails, then we use a turn to engage... A convince conflict?

Berry's instinct could possibly just try and facilitate negotiations. So he asks about talking and gives Allric the opening to use his spell.

* Can we delete the extra threads from Burksurdu? I think they're all combined in your official threads, now.
* We also need to update the official sheet - it looks like you allowed Alfred to have a bow, quiver, and arrows. That needs to be worked into his gear.
