You can't tell for sure but it looks like the goblins are tossing two different green dice on the ground. You see a pile of coins nearby where they occasionally pick from or place more in depending on who is hooting and hollering.

"I say we rush these few goblins while we still have the surprise."Adrik, prepares himself for a charge. "First soften them up with range attacks than I can melee them fast before they flee for help."

"right" Craw mutters with a heavy nod."it's raining axes". He prepares himself to throw at the same time checking if all the others are ready to act at once.
as soon as the others are ready craw will throw at the nearest foe. Do we get advantage in this case?

No, this is a surprise round for them. They can't move or take an action this round. Nor can they take a reaction till the round is over.

Need actions and attack rolls from everyone except Craw.

Round 0
Craw leans backward before straightening and letting an axe fly straight at one of the goblins; lodging itself in the side of it's head and dropping the wretched creature to the ground.
To hit with handaxe: [1d20+5] = 12+5 = 17, damage: [1d6+3] = 2+3 = 5

Vicentio attacks the nearest goblin with his dagger, slicing at the creature but it evades the dagger's blade.
To Hit Roll: [1d20] = 11; Dagger Damage Roll: [1d4] = 2 S/M [1d3] = 2 Large

Erevan makes a shivering motion, then points his finger at the gambling goblins. Brrr... he mutters, firing off a ray of frost which catches one of the goblins as it turns to look at you. The cold is too much for it and it goes down clutching its chest.
[1d20+5] = 10+5 = 15
[1d8] = 6

Seeing Vincentio having a hard time taking down a goblin, Adrik charges it and slams his hammer into the beast. So engaged is it with Vicentio that it fails to see Adrik and the hammer's blow cracks the creature's skull.
Swings to hit [1d20+4] = 10+4 = 14 damage [1d8+2] = 3+2 = 5

Only two goblins remain after the surprise round. Initiative and action rolls please.

Round 1
Goblin Initiative: [1d20+2] = 10+2 = 12

Erevan grins at his success. He fires off another ray of frost; catching one of the goblins pulling out its short sword. The ray first causes the sword to stick to its scabbard before engulfing the goblin in frost from which it will never awaken.
Initiative: [1d20+2] = 14+2 = 16
Spell attack roll: [1d20+5] = 8+5 = 13
Damage (if it hits): [1d8] = 8
Drawing his blade, Craw charges in the direction of the remaining creature, slicing it cleaning with his sword. The goblins are defeated!
