Seeking shelter from both rain and night a solitary traveler, Jet son of Bronco from the proud Enefele tribe, comes upon the ruined building and makes his way inside. Then he ears sounds of bleating, battle and shouts and proceeds further in to investigate, grasping his wicked polearm tightly.

Blixx yells a warning and luckily the group isn't surprised.

Kapok concentrates and enters the Spidergoats tiny brain. He feels only hunger in the Spidergoat. Nothing else. He crushes the creatures weak will, and it turns and bites another creature nearby. They start to fight among themselves.

Norjax hurls a spear but misses completely.
The Spider-thing rushes towards Norjax trying to bite.

Blixx throws his tomahawk and it slashes one creature.
It tries to grab him, but he lifts out of its reach.

Mr Pibbs cleaves into one Spidergoat, completely severing one of its 8 legs.
It attemps to bite, but is put-off by your spines.

Frank skewers another with his sword, causing a deep wound.
The creature tries to gore you with poisonous horns, but you fend it off...barely

Adding to the confusion, a new person enters the ruin. He looks human , and seems to be friendly. He joins the combat on your side.

(Jet may act next round normally)

For a moment, while he takes the scene in Jet believes he has come upon two packs of monsters fighting each other. But then he notices the more humanoid fighters to one side and recognizes the half-spider/half-cattle monstrosities descending on them: spidergoats!

With one of the warcries of his tribe upon his lips...

"Twenty-four, twenty-nine, HUT! HUT!"

...he jumps into the fray carrying his wicked halberd, striking against the nearest unengaged spidergoat.

Frank barely fending off the goats jorns, tries to dispatch the creature.

Blixx barely doges the wicked bite of the spidergoat and with grim determination he swoops back down a attempts to crush the fell creature with his mace, (Wrench).

Since he does not appear to have a spidergoat directly attacking him, Kapok uses his mind thrust to attack whichever one appears to be the most heavily wounded.

Nor-jax attempts to ready his axe and attack the spidergoat rushing towards him.

The two SpiderGoats that were snapping at each other, thanks to Kapoks mental powers, now turn to attack.
One goes after Kapok, the other charges the new arrival. (Jet)

The SpiderGoat tries to bite Kapok, but misses. The Mutant Plant looks to Mind Blast a weak opponent and sees the creature that is fighting Mr Pibbs is in bad shape. He concentrates and send a bolt of mental energy into the things tiny brain. It spasms with pain.
Mr Pibbs finishes it off with a powerful blow from his large axe.

A SpiderGoat attempts to snare the stranger (Jet) with webs, but he dodges nimbly aside. The newcomer slashes the SpiderGoat with a wicked looking polearm. Foul ichor spills to the ground.

Frank spars with another creature. It kicks out at him with its many legs (that end in weird hooves!) and hits Frank. (4 damage)
Frank returns the favor and stabs it again.

Blixx flies above the SpiderGoat readying a large wrench. The thing throws a web line and snares Blixx, pulling him out of the air and he lands on the ground...hard! (8 damage) It scurries over to the fallen and partially snared Blixx.
Blixx tries to hit the thing with his wrench, but its knocked from his hand by the things many flailing leg-hooves.
(1 to hit , fumble)

Norjax and the Spider-thing fight back and forth, but neither lands a solid blow.
(both miss)

If the former, frank tries to up thrust into the beasts abdomen...

if the latter, he just takes another shack at the creature..

Blixx/Mutated Human

"Oommph" Blixx exclaims as he is pitched into the floor. Dazed he looses his grip on his mace (wrench) and it flies from his grasp. Frantic Blixx draws his last weapon, a dagger and saws at the webs entrapping him.

OOC: Blixx will attempt to fly out of Life Leech range of his companions, if he escapes and suck the life from these nasty creatures, he's fairly terrified.

Mr. Pibbs - MA Hedgehog

Mr. Pibbs quickly surveys the chaos around him and sees the strange moth man caught up in the spider goat's web.

With a puff and a snort, Mr. Pibbs charges to destroy the vile beast before it has a chance to do in one of his party.

Even if Blixx escapes the web, I'll still try to kill the thing.

Jet continues to attack the spidergoat he is fighting with, lunging his polearm at it like a spear.

Nor-jax swings his axe to attack the spidergoat in front of him.

The SpiderGoats attack back viciously.

Kapok is kicked by many hooved legs as he tries to hit the thing with his axe.
(8 damage to Kapok, miss w/ axe)

Frank is gored by the creatures horns . The horns are dripping some kind of venom. Luckily he is unaffected.
The Spidergoat is put down by Franks swift blade. The thing falls dead.
(Frank takes 4 damage but passes his save vs. poison)

Norjax and the SpiderGoat again fight back & forth to no affect.
(both miss completely)

Your new arrival is having a lot of trouble with the creature he is facing. The thing snares him in a web and he is having great difficulty fighting back.
(20 hit, Jet is snared -4 all actions, you miss your attack)

Blixx cuts away at the web with his dagger, partially freeing himself so he can fly away. The SpiderGoat tries to bit him, but Blixx is barely able to escape the things grasp. You hold off on unleashing your Vampiric Field when you see Mr. Pibbs charge over to help you.
(Blixx cuts webs to escape, Spider misses)

Mr. Pibbs whacks the Spider-thing with his great axe, wounding it badly. It forgets all about Blixx as he floats to safety.
