Thifli will circle around the building to the left and then charge at the closest orc that is still alive.

Eirik will charge out the right, going for the nearest Orc, in a (most likely vain attempt) to heroically cut a swath to Theodore.

Just a reminder Theodore is knocked on the head and half in a large sack. So the orc with the club is a easier target spell casters. ;)

No. More or less it is to give everyone a general idea of the actual situation. Essentially I am being lazy and not wanting to read back through the round 1 actions. Yes, yes I know BAD DM. I'm the DM I can do whatever I want [evil laugh] a lightning bolt strikes MonkeyWrench in the forehead!!! Now stop asking me questions :P

Here is the situation there was a surprise round for the orcs. They didn't see anyone else but the "drunk" they managed to get the jump on him when he was pretending to urinate in the bushes. The two invisible players Lubidius and Gandrel are the only ones that can really see anything. But yes the rest of the group can hear lots of crunching in the bushes and the sounds of orcs talking you know the general grunting language of the orcs. Now is round 1. Does Lubidius and Gandrel attack or alert the others? Do some of the others peer around the building corners to see what all the noise is? Did Theodore make some sort of surprised sound that alerted the others? Sure. ;)

Lubidius clenched his jaw in frustration and momentary indecision. On the one hand; this pack of orcs were ambushing his friends and were apparently about to make off with one of them in a sack. On the other hand; he was INVISIBLE! Finally, with an inaudible sigh of regret; he quietly drew his longsword and moved stealthily behind the nearest Orc and attempted to take it down with one well-placed strike in the back*....

*He will attempt to Move Silently behind the Orc and then Backstab it

Gandrel has assumed the plan is let the kidnap happen and follow to the source so he is staying put until the orcs move off.

Alanis is currently focused on eat bread with on hand and applying bread to his forehead with his other hand, he seems to be deep in focus.

Dune appears around the corner, flails his arms up says a quick word and blasts the orc on the right with a bow with a magic missile geared at doing --wouldnt ya know it--ten points of damage. :-) and pops the bow orc upside the brow with it.

Just need an action for Neev and potentially a reaction from Theodore likely flailing around in a sack.

Neev casts Hold Person on the orc attempting to stuff Theodore in the sack. Because I am limiting the spell to one target, he gets a -2 penalty on his save.

Group Init[1d10] = 10 Orc Init[1d10] = 7 Orcs win Init. For Round 1

Orc Save for Hold Person[1d20] = 14 Orc Failed Save.

None of the orcs were attacking anyone except Theodore.

Lub attacks an orc with backstab pending rolls

Neev managed to hold the orc with his spell.

Dune kills an orc with his spell magic missile

Thifli circles around the building to try a sneakish attack for round 2

Alanis eats bread

Gandrel assumes this was part of the plan.

Eirik charges into melee range attacking whatever orc is near him.

Theodore is in the sack

Round 2 just pending a backstab.

Neev failed to hold the orc.
Remember that he was the only target and received a -2 penalty. So the roll should have been a "12" unless there is an unknown bonus to take into account.

Alright. Correction Orc fails and is held. Theodore is still in the sack. :P Edits have been applied. You guys appear to fail to grasp how this plan was supposed to work Gandrel is the only one that does appear to gather the general idea. Lol everyone else is like, ORCS! DIE! ATTACK!!!!

Alanis finishes his piece of bread and, after looking around at the others to see what they are doing, steathily takes another piece of bread from his pack, He sees that he is alone now since Theifli and Eirik have both gone off so he takes another bite from the bread and edges to the corner of the building, looking over to see what has happened so far. He won't risk his bread time just yet unless things seem dire.

Alanis: Breadmeister-General!
How many Orcs still alive?

Gandrel remains in the path of the orcs most likely retreat - ie behind where they came from to either follow them or capture a retreating one, as looks most likely, once they break when mostly dead!
