Thomas will rush forwards, unable to attack the elevated foe but still able to be of some use. He reaches Morgi, placing one hand on the druids form and using enough force to keep his wounded form down and stationary. He begins chanting, "Vengeful Joramy, Goddess of the raging fire and erupting volcano! Lend your power so that I may heal this warrior of his wounds, so that he can continue in his pursuit to destroy the twisted and corrupt beings!"

Casting Cure Serious Wounds
Cure Serious Wounds: [2d8+1] = 5+1 = 6
Well... Apparently Joramy is indifferent to the plight of druids...

Morgi continues to demonstrate his skill at landing on the ground in the midst of a shape change. As he approaches the mist, he shifts into a polar bear.

Mira rushes forward from her position on the boulder pile to touch the Morgi-Bear. Now you can see, she whispers. This tribe is well-worn, and there are more Giants to contend with. I will visit the cave opening to count our foes. She glances about the injured. If we are to continue here, our strength must be returned, if anyone is able.

Wyntar says a final good-bye to Rabbit, then finds Mira as she is headed toward the wall of force. He lightly touches her hand. Mira, what is it you plan on doing?

At Wyntar's touch, the Apparitionist lays both hands on his shoulders. Now you, too, can see.
Mira, what is it you plan on doing?
At this point simply see if we are capable of defeating the Giants, Mira answers quietly. If they are too many, we may not be strong enough to deal with them at this point. If they appear equal to our present power, perhaps a new plan will be effective. She glides nimbly across the trampled snow to the Wall of Force containing whatever is within the cave and peeks inside.

Although you are temporarily no longer in battle, I will still keep track of your actions on a round by round basis in order to track the spell and device durations.
Round 13

The halfling duo of Halo and Trotter take the fleeing mist creature down with two perfect bow shots. It's highlighted form crashes to the ground and slams into a large formation of rock. Halo then realizes that he isn't feeling very well at the moment.

Barak and the dwarves tear through the bodies of the frost giants. They take anything of value and make sure that they will never fight again. Barak speaks loudly to Mira. You know, it would be nice if you could let us in on your little plan to make us all fight blindly in your damn fog BEFORE we head into battle.

Morgi lands and transforms himself into a large white polar bear. He feels somewhat refreshed after the change, gaining back almost half of his health. healed 20 Thomas then makes his prayers of healing and touches Morgi, also restoring a bit more life to the druid. healed 6 more Mira takes her turn at touching the druid so he can see through her illusionary fog. Mira and Wyntar also touch and they all begin to discuss how to deal with the rest of the enemy still inside the cave.

Blodget grieves for his dead friend while returning his sometimes life saving ring to his own finger. healed 1

The group joins up at the invisible wall blocking the entrance to the cave. You can see a total of six more frost giants still in the cave, one of them looks rather crispy. Three of them are pounding on the wall with their fists and screaming something inaudible at you while the others appear to be smashing and digging at the rock wall alongside the main entrance. They look to be trying to create a new exit from the cave just next to the one that is covered by the magical barrier.

The badly bloodied Barak can barely stand. He grips his axe and nods to the other 2 remaining dwarves with a crazed battle rage still in his eyes. He then looks at the rest of the party and speaks. Well, what are we waiting for? Dispel this darn thing so we can finish the job!

Xano- How long will this wall last? Or will they dig themselves out before that? We need come up plan that will end this fight quickly. She walks over to the monks body and says her goodbye's. I will miss you my friend. We will destroy this evil in your name. This shall be known as the "Monks with no name quest". Unless anyone else has any ideas of a better name.

Morgi transforms back to human form before speaking to Barak.

"Friend Barak. Take a few moments and prepare for the up and coming battle. We still have some minute before the next bolt of lightning, and I do not intend to drop the wall until then. Take a few, bandage your wounds and let us formulate a plan."

Before there were 3, Mira whispers nervously. Now they are 6. She pauses a moment, closing her eyes. The way they are beating, digging, chopping at the walls... They could perhaps be in danger of a cave-in... Her dark eyes peer at other members of the party. The Mist of the Isle could provide a few moments of surprise, if the walls were to fall before them. She is still then, awaiting other suggestions.

Seems we have plenty of time to consider, but that could change.
You know, it would be nice if you could let us in on your little plan to make us all fight blindly in your damn fog BEFORE we head into battle.
My apologies will not bring back those of us we lost, Sir Barak, by your sin or mine. Pray Sir we can survive the next hour or so, so we can all at least be avenged. She will work her way to the Dwarf leader.

"I for one cannot survive another attack from the Giants without some magical healing. I am one blow away from death." says the paladin leaning wearily against the wall.

"without another of the Druids lightning bolts we will all be killed Barak. Let us not be foolish about this. The Giants MUST fall. Pelor's light be with us, but he helps those who help themselves."

Barak loosens his grip on his weapon and takes a deep breath of the freezing air.

Well if you got spells left that will do most of the work for us, I'm all for that!

He then falls backwards, completely exhausted, into a nearby snow pile.

Xanophia- If we could take most them out in the first strike. We may have a chance. If the mist is near the wall of force. Xano will try to look through to see if he can see anything.

Round 14

The gaints continue mining at the inside of the cave wall, they seem to be working even harder at it now after being taunted through the invisible barrier.

Xano inquires about the duration of the force wall. Her question goes unanswered so she goes to say goodbye to her fallen comrade. She honors the monk by dedicating and naming their noble quest after the unnamed hero.

The pair of dwarves rush to their fallen leaders side, trying to revive him and bandage his vicious wounds.

The party discusses its next move while Halo nonchalantly requests some healing magic. The idea to use an illusion to lure the rest of the giants out into a final "kill zone" is thrown around with some approval, but Mira, ever the bedazzler, seems to want to suggest a more dramatic looking approach.

The discussion continues.....

Halo moves over to the Druid in the fake fog, thinking it more likely he will heal the paladin than the brutish war priest.

Thomas begins to collect everyone as they discuss, one look at his face and everyone can tell he is up for destroying the giants. Once everyone is close enough though he will focus on bleeding his energy out, healing those around him as well as himself...

Channel Magic(3 times per day): [1d4+1] = 2+1 = 3

He will continue to do so as they discuss the next plan of attack.

Channel Magic(3 times per day): [1d4+1] = 4+1 = 5
Channel Magic(3 times per day): [1d4+1] = 1+1 = 2

The Channel Healing Energy will take three rounds total and then Thomas has one CLW left. (Everyone will get back 10 hit points, including the dwarves if you want) That will bring his actions up to round 18.

Morgi has one CLW and possibly a CSW left. (Nuke is not keeping track of his spells used so I might have forgotten about one of those)

Please indicate who will be getting the healing and then make the appropriate rolls. (or I can roll)

Then I just need a decided course of action for the rest of the group In order to continue.

Thanks!
