I've filled in your character sheet. I changed the snares to fishing gear. I think you're good to go.

With your loan you could learn:
Mobility 750 L
Extinguish 500 L
Swim Quietly to 25% 200L or to 30% 600 L

I'll take out a 700L loan, and spend it on Extinguish for 500L and Swim Quietly (25%) for 200L.
