Thorgrim will keep his protective stance in front of Evie but will attack if the creatures advance close enough.

As the vile creatures scuttle their way toward the party, Caltus begins the motions and words to call forth arcane energy as Rafo gives a battle cry and tosses his net, entangling one of the creatures
Carrion Crawler dodge check [1d100] = 80
which flops in the murky water trying to free itself.
Varrick leaps into action, running and kicking off of the mound near Rafo, he launches himself into the air and lands gracefully on the squirming creature. He raises his blade to pierce the things hide but it tries to roll in its entangled state, causing Varricks blow to fall wide.

The free crawler lunges toward Thorgrim, Evie, and Malfiac. Tentacles reach for the dwarf and bat at him, attempting to grip him. The stout dwarf sees what is intended and dodges, rolling through the green waters. All but one of the tentacles are avoided, which slaps his leg.
Thorgrim resistance roll:(CON 16 vs Poison 15) [1d100] = 75
The dwarf struggles to stand after his agile roll but poison causes him to flop back into the water. Thorgri, Luck roll(65%) [1d100] = 23
Luckily,he is face up, yet unmoving.
Malfiac lunges at the beast but misses as it attacks the dwarf.
Evie backs away further still and covering her head with her arms in fear, a blast of blue fire shoots from her flaming form to strike the thing that just hurt her dwarven companion.
Evies Cold Flame Attack [1d100] = 50
But she also misses the tentacled horror, as it dodges out of the way, leaving thin ice to form on the waters around it.
Carrion Crawler dodge [1d100] = 43

As Varrick struggles to keep the squirming creature still he plunges his dagger down.

Dagger Attack (45) [1d100] = 47, Dagger Damage: [1d6+1] = 6+1 = 7

As he is wrestling with the creature he still has a wide smile on his face, "A' Ain't 'ad 'a ride dis wild since A' was wit Betty years ago Hahaha"

***Rafo, Battle Against Bugs In Cave With Evie***

Seeing that his net trapped the bug and Varrick is in melee combat with it, Rafo attacks using the Javenlin to stab at the beast while staying out of range of the tentacles. Seeing his fellow dwarf fall angers Rafo and causes him to attack with all his might.
Rafo(9)

Rafo Javelin Stab(77%), Roll Hit: [1d100] = 42; Damage: [1d6+1] = 6+1 = 7

Malfiac DEX 10

Malfiac will lunge at the creepy crawly creature once more with this dagge, looking to make clean stab into its head. He will try to weave through the tentacles as he does so, not wanting to end up like the dwarf.

Dagger Strike 94% [1d100] = 47

dagger damage with bonus [1d4] = 4+2+[1d4] = 2 Total of 8 damage if the attack is successful.

Dodge Maneuver 74% [1d100] = 26

Caltus the mage (14)

Caltus scrambles over to an arms reach distance of Thorgrim's prone form and attempts a spell of healing to revive the dwarf.

Caltus was preparing a Magic Missile spell to go off beginning of this round(NPCd ). Is checking Thorgrim going to be your action for the rest of this round or replacing Magic Missile casting? If this is the case:
Caltus Idea Roll [1d100] = 66
Caltus' superior intellect notices that Thorgrim sustained no wound a heal spell might remedy, and deduces it must be venom, magical, or poison that renders the dwarf unconscious.

Caltus finishes summoning arcane energies and unleashes a volley of missiles at the Crawler!
Caltus Magic Missle (L2=6MP) [2d4+2] = 5+2 = 7
As the other Crawler struggles to get free Varrick holds the net with one hand and plunges his dagger deep in the slippery grey hide.
entangled creatures get no action for the first two rounds of being entangled making them easy targets. Nice Rafo!
The ice covered cold water seems to invigorate Thorgrim who regains control of his body in a tantrum of splashing.
Thorgrim resistance Roll [1d100] = 37
He moves to his hands and knees and
Thorgrim Luck Roll(65%) [1d100] = 55
as luck would have it, one of his hands rests upon the hilt of his axe, previously lost in the waters. He shakes off the paralysis and, unless attacked again this round, can act on the next.
Evie, still confused about what's happening to her body, concentrates and manages to shoot another bout of cold energy at the Crawler.
Evie cold attack [1d100] = 46
Carrion Crawler Dodge [1d100] = 88
Evie cold damage [1d6] = 3
The beast tries to Dodge the attack but is engulfed in blue flames.
Malfiac braves the missile barrage and Evies blue flames and drives his dagger deep into the beast, forcing a piercing cry from it before it's tentacled head submerges under the waters and stops its struggles. Blood stains the icy coated surface of the waters as he twists his blade, ensuring its demise.
Rafo, gripping his spear tightly, lunges into his entangled crawler. Expertly avoiding Varrick, his blow is deep and blood flows as the creature tumbles to regain its feet.

*Rafo, Battle Bugs, Caves With Evie***

Seeing that one bug is not moving, Rafo tries his best to stop the bug, before him, from wiggling. Stabbing outward and toward the creatures face he attacks. The Javelin hits its mark causing him to beam a broad smile.
Rafo(9)
Javelin(77%), Attacks Bug [1d100] = 35%, Damage on bug [1d6+1] = 4+1 = 5

Malfiac DEX 10

Seeing as how the dwarf and Varrick has the last creature well taken care of, he will quickly look around the cave, checking to make sure that he does not see or hear any more approach the group. If all seems clear, he will pull the dagger out of the bug if he has not done so already and clean it in some nearby water.

Spot Check 5% [1d100] = 44

Listen Check 30% [1d100] = 68 The faint sound of jazzy elevator music can be heard echoing in the cavern, but only Malfiac seems to hear it, strange....

Malfiac DEX 10

"Look out! There are more coming from the mounds!"

Malfiac will take his torch and shove it into one of the mounds nearby, hoping to roast anything that may try to crawl out.

Malfiacs warning rings true as each of the mounds seems to sprout much smaller versions of the crawlers!

Varrick quickly retrieves his dagger from the crawlers corpse and then looks around the area, seeing the creatures ascending from the mound behind Rafo, Varrick quickly attempts to throw his dagger at the first creature to come out, slipping on the dead crawler as he tries to plant his foot throw his aim off however.

Throw Dagger (27): [1d100] = 43
Dagger Damage: [1d6+1] = 3+1 = 4

Caltus the mage (14)

Caltus opts to use the spear at hand, rather than hurry a spell, with creepy crawlies in such close quarters! He attacks the closest one.

Caltus, the elven mage, gracefully moves across the water and skewers one of the smaller crawlers. It shrieks and writhes at the end of his spear head before it expires.
Varrick continues to stab at the beast he is riding (instead of throwing dagger, because its still alive) as scores another hit!
Varrick Dagger [1d100] = 47
Varrick Dagger Damage [1d4+2] = 2+2 = 4
Evie attempts to shoot another blue flame at the one crawler still active and misses, nearly engulfing Varrick, but causing no more than a cool chill up his back.
Malfiac sees that the fight is nearing a bloody end and spends some time getting his bearings. He scans the tunnels around the party with his torch and spots some infant crawlers emerging from the tunnels, he shouts a warning!
Rafo gives a proud smile as a swift and sure spear strike impales the crawler in its maw, ending its life.
Thorgrim, finally in his right mind, spots the critters Malfiac warned about and jumps into action, bringing his ax down on the nearest juvenile. and scoring a special hit the sends its innards flying in many directions!
Adult crawler 3 and juveniles 5 & 4 are dead!

Did shoving the torch's flames into one of the mounds produce any results, like I don't know... burn one of the lil' ones?

Malfiac DEX 10

Not wanting to do nothing while the others fight again, he pulls out the dagger he just cleaned and will stab the closest living critter that he can spot around the mounds. Not wanting to let his guard down either, he will keep a lookout for any incoming attacks, dodging them if needed.

Dagger Strike 94% [1d100] = 7

Dodge Maneuver 74% [1d100] = 33
