I voted right after I created the poll lol :D I cast my 2 into Al-Qadim and Mystara.

Mind you I would have voted for 4 of the 5 up there. I'd be interested in Ravenloft as well I read the first 5 or so novels and got pulled into some different character stories it's nice that those novels don't need to be read in order too. Horror that can take you into shadows of several settings/realms is a pretty cool idea. I also like Greyhawk so I had a hard time deciding which to put my 2nd vote into.

I would like to try out Ravenloft. Any of the 2E books I want to try out, really. I missed out on a lot of cool stuff. :)

Well dipping in and out of Ravenloft is not out of possibility, seen as the demi-plane of dread has touched pretty much every published world, even if we don’t go for that world full steam.

Ravenloft would be interesting for sure, it was my original 3rd vote. I will be happy with any of them.

Storm makes a good point. Just because we start in one setting does not mean we cannot be pulled into Ravenloft for a time. I can already see the fog rolling in. :D

Ravenloft would be interesting, I have never actually played it before but have read some of the source material. It did not seem to be a place where PCs grow, from my limited observation, the couple of modules I read ended pretty badly for the players. Generalizations will get me nowhere... :) Vote(s) castified.

I would recommend reading Vampire of the Mists and Knight of the Black Rose novels then. That might give you an idea of how Ravenloft is. Those were the better two of the novels I've read so far for Ravenloft.

The first pulls in a character from Forgotten Realms the other steals a very well known character from Dragon Lance.

Alright, I'll go do some book digging. Knight of the Black Rose sounds really cool judging from the name.

In Dragon Lance yes very well known, Knight of Solamnia, later turned death knight. There is a story about him and he appears in quite a few of the other Dragon Lance novels.
