Elwita decides against asking Blodgett to advance scout the room. "We've already been there," she thinks to herself. She also feels pangs of guilt for what happened to him in the courtyard. "Best give him some time." she figures. Elwita instructs the rest of the part to remain back, still in the north-south hallway. "Be prepared with ranged weapons, just in case." she instructs. Elwita rounds the turn and will spend a minute listening carefully at the door for any sounds beyond before proceeding. If she does not suspect any activity, she will open the door and enter the previously cleared out room (#3).
