I'm here. Still reading through the classes to get a sense of what I want to play. I should be able to throw something together by the end of the weekend.

Same here. Work has been a bear this week and the weather has been wonderful so when I get home the wife has had me working outside. The weather is supposed to turn cold so I should be able to finish up soon.

I am using Hexroll to generate a kingdom with connected cities, towns, and dungeons. It's a beta version so not as customizable as I'd like, but it's pretty cool so I'm trying it out.

When you see maps of cities in this game and they don't match what they look like in the Midlands sandbox, that's why. I have edited the region, city, and town names to be the same as in the Argosa sandbox but I can't edit things like the city maps.

Also note that each individual shop has an NPC who may give you a quest. Inns/taverns have regular customers so easier to encounter some of the NPCs there. Inns/taverns also have their own bulletin boards, where NPCs advertise jobs to be completed, and their own rumors that you can learn by Rumor Hunting. Rumors are sometimes about NPCs but usually give you a clue as to the location of a Lair or Dungeon.

Rumor Hunting - Rumour hunting requires an evening or afternoon speaking with locals whilst buying them food and drinks, at a cost of 4d6 sp. The adventurer then makes a Cha (Gather Information) check. If extra time or silver is spent, modifiers may apply at the GM’s option. On a success they learn 1d4 rumours (a mix of true and untrue as the GM or rumour table determines).

I know you guys only have a total of 40 sp on you right now so I plan on giving you some freebie hooks. There are always the bulletin board jobs as well.

Sounds like we start with the board and whatever else we know and go from there.
