OM, which system of encumbrance do you use? AS&SH 2e tracks weight in pounds iirc, whereas 3e is more GM hand wavy.

Those who have actually figured this out have used pounds.

You know, I get the minimalist trend and that Talanian doesn't want to force us all to be bean-counters, but he could have at least kept that in as an optional rule. I still need my 2e book for one lousy chart! Of course if that's the only thing I can find wrong with 3e so far, they must be doing pretty well...
