There is a core stairwell and lift structure that stretches the entire length of the Bartizan.
Each floor in the Spire is about 50m across
The base "Fortress" section is about 450m across with the flight deck being about 300m of that.
The access points to the outside (Main Entrance, Balconies, etc) all need airlocks to keep out the tainted air and ensure the interior pressure remains at 1 atmosphere

There is a nice projecting balcony off the tower itself (acting as an aircar pad) accessible from the bar and a patio/roof garden for the penthouse in which you have planted a nice display of HMGs in raised beds (sandbagged sangars). The whole is topped off by a "feature" AA missile mount and target acquisition radar.
