Re: Table #2: Star Trek (Hasbro, 1974)
Turn 9 rolls are in:
1st: DadsAngry/Spock - 3
2nd: Grog/Kirk - 5
3rd: Rex/McKoy - 5
4th: OgreMage/Uhuru - 6
McCoy lands on “Board alien craft...” and goes ahead 2 more.
Uhuru is close to destroying the moonbeam.
I made an error with Kirk in Turn 7: the “Sula tries to crash ship” space calls for going back 5 spaces, not the 3 I misread. So I’ve adjusted for that. Kirk is uncharacteristically in last place. I blame a severe case of asternoids.
Here is the board at the end of Turn 9:
Some close-ups of McCoy and Uhuru’s positions:
Turn 10
Arm phasers and spin 1d8!
1st: DadsAngry/Spock - 3
2nd: Grog/Kirk - 5
3rd: Rex/McKoy - 5

Spock:
Star Trek Turn 10 impulse [1d8] = 6
"We've cleared the system Mr. Spock."
"Very well, take us to Warp Mr. Sulu."
Star Trek Turn 10 Warp [1d8] = 6

1st: DadsAngry/Spock - 6,6
2nd: Grog/Kirk - 2
3rd: Rex/McKoy - 3

McCoy solves the fishing mystery and is heading back. Uhuru destroyed the moonbeam and is heading back. The damned pointy eared Vulcan is in the lead. Kirk languishes last, the Enterprise crippled by asternoids.
The board at end of Turn 10:
Turn 11
Full speed ahead 1d8!
Kirk hobbles along with another 2. #2 ST T11 Kirk [1d8] = 2

3rd: Rex/McKoy - 1

The board at the end of turn 11:
Turn 12
Spin for 1d8!
Uhuru is likely to reach the “Stop Here Spin Warp...” circle space. So you’d stop and spin and that additional movement would be applied in turn 12.
In the lower right hand corner of the board in small letters is Hasbro, Pawtucket, RI. I live an hour away in MA from Providence, RI, where today Hasbro has their corporate headquarters. It’s a nice building, with outside banners hanging (the last time I walked by a few years ago) for their major toy properties including banners for D&D and Magic. Not that anything for those lines are done in RI, but it’s neat seeing the place where corporate approvals and such are done. I hope I’ll get to see all the Lake Geneva spots some day.

Uhuru hears a strange voice emanating from nowhere, causing her to look around and slow down even more.
ST12 [1d8] = 1
He had to say it. HAD to say it.

Spock, with Vulcan dice discipline, has produced consistent high rolls that have put him 2 spaces from victory.
The board at the end of turn 12:
Turn 13
To make it official, another spin of the spinner for 1d8.
