Once the trap checking in the two rooms is done Therick will help search for anything hidden:
Lounge Search: [1d6] = 2 Dining Room: [1d6] = 3
He would look under things and behind things as well.

Re: Chapter 3: Taverns and New Adventures
No secret or hidden anything even behind the painting however the painting shows a man in his seventies, wearing blue and cream robes. He is thin, almost 6' tall, with graying brown hair and brown eyes-very different from Kaerin . The painting is too heavy to take off the wall but you can see there is nothing hidden behind it. You wager a guess that this is a painting of the former master of the home the wizard Kavorquian.

Therick says, "Nice painting. Would be nice if we can find out whom Kavorquian's master is, if indeed that is whom the paint depicts. Hell, If we can find out whom the artist was, I's sure would like him or her to paint me now!"
Therick does look to see if there is an artist signature on the front but won't risk moving the heavy frame if it's on the back.

Re: Chapter 3: Taverns and New Adventures
Searching the lounge then the dining room. In the lounge you find that the fireplace has a fire going. The fire is magical and burns apparently without wood. The mantel holds two valuable ornaments along with a bunch of worthless junk (broken pipes, small pottery
dwarves holding fishing rods, and so on): a crystal bird and a sandalwood box with mother-of-pearl inlay. The liquor cabinet contains a set of six silver goblets and a crystal decanter. The ornamental spears have blue, undetailed pennants, but are otherwise quite normal and of no combat value.
The dining room has the painting, the six place settings of china and silver. The chandelier glows brightly and a bright flash of light flashes in Egon's & Xlore's faces. save v spell The others can tell the the chandelier cast the light spell known to both wizards and priests. the door in the dining room northern wall opens after the flash of light. Three zombies begin to shamble into the dining room through the door in the northern wall.
Actions?

Egon is good and is able to blink away the bright spots he is seeing, and eventually his eyes adjust and he is able to see normally.

Spying the Zombies Del blinks, then grasps her Holy Symbol.
Attempting to summon the favor of Eilistraee once more she brandishes her symbol in the direction of the
Zombies and speaks to them with determination. BE gone from here foul creatures, by the will of Eilistraee!"
Turn Undead attempt on Zombies [1d20+3] = 11+3 = 14
For Zombies she needs a 7. I always forget but I believe it is 2d6 she rolls for how many? If it is wrong I can reroll
Turn Undead [2d4] = 5

Before anyone else can react the zombies see the holy symbol in Delsenora's hand and flee back into the room they came from.

The door is opened from which the zombies entered through no more come through but you find you can shut the door and blocking with a chair as it appears to be a door that can be opened and closed normally it has no lock on it.
