Personally, Not having any 5e books myself and just relying on the DnD Beyond site to basicallly create my pc, I don't even know half of what my pc can do lol!

Of course. You should only keep anything going if you're still enjoying it. I've enjoyed the characters and the scenes so far, I think you're doing fine for learning the system.
