Here are some house rules I want to try in this game:
  • Players can use Inspiration to give the DM Disadvantage.
  • The DM will make all Death Saving Throws and track the results privately.
  • Drinking a Potion
  • Critical Hits: Max damage for your weapon plus roll for normal damage.
    • Critical hit with dagger:
      • Normal: 2d4 + modifiers (Range: 2-8)
        New: 4 + 1d4 + modifiers (Range: 5-8)
  • Class Features and Hit Dice
    • Any new class features are gained only after taking a Long rest.
    • Each time you gain a new Hit Die, the roll is made with Advantage.
    • A character cannot Multiclass into the Wizard class without prior arrangement.
  • Every rest requires eating a ration; no benefits from taking either a Short or Long rest will be granted until a ration is deducted.
  • For Campaigns:
    Every character must have three true rumors and two false rumors about themselves that I can incorporate into game play.
