Here is my Elf's Rolls. I accidentally used the wrong dice for con so rolled twice to get the right one.

We will use previous experience (which will give you the time so you can actually be an initiate of Yelmalio. Actually, I think you will need to succeed in joining a mercenary band in previous experience to qualify for Yelmalio initiate, though maybe the militia will count, I need to look closer. Go ahead and make the rolls for previous experience. Also, when posting rolls post the full PbP forum code.

A note on cults, I will not be totally ignoring the requirements to become a lay member or initiate of a cult, though for some, previous experience will make it easier or automatic.

Yelmalio Initiates are trained in pike, riding and firespeach to 40%.

Actually the racial max is 17 (2d6+2 for 14 plus 2 for 2 dice +1 for adds - racial max for the "standard" 3d6 attributes is 21), but the max you can improve STR or CON to is the highest of STR, CON, or SIZ without special intervention. You also can not improve STR, CON, or DEX to more than 1.5x original (house rule). So if you had rolled an 18 CON, then the racial max of 17 STR would come into play. POW and CHA can always be increased to racial max no matter what they started at. INT and SIZ are normally unchangeable but there may be ways to improve them.

Yes, we'll make sure everyone gets all their cult benefits. I also give you the guild credit of 100 x POW Lunars for magic and cult skills after the previous experience (this helps the cult choice start to mold the PC and gives a little boost to starting). Of course that credit needs to be repaid.

Ok, I'm going to re-roll for you. We will use the Warhorse stats from RQ1 (it does say a Cavalry horse can be trained to fight and then becomes a Warhorse). Also, they Sun Dome Temple is going to pick good horses, so I'll add the extra die. So here we go:

Horse STR [3d6k2+24] = 11+24 = 35
Horse POW [4d6k3] = 15
Horse COM [3d6k2+6] = 7+6 = 13
Horse DEX [3d6k2+6] = 11+6 = 17
Horse SIZ [3d6k2+24] = 11+24 = 35

Well, that's a little better... Average CON, near max STR, DEX, and SIZ, and decent POW.

Oh, and RQ1 gives warhorses and INT (don't factor this into ability bonuses):

Do you actually qualify for Aldryami Initiate?

You need 50% in Identify Plants, Move Silently, Climbing, Listen, Hide in Cover, and Bow

The spells are all free, so you have those...

Yes Those skills are free trained. and especially with my high bonuses. Fixed the Bow Attack from 55 to 75. I added the spells.

I'm part way through copying your character into the Google Doc. You claim 55% Elf Bow skill, but you only rolled +5% in previous experience, which should be 15 (40).

The free training for previous experience only gets you up to 25% or one +5% beyond that.

Variable spells I generally give the max points if they are free.

The basic skills for bow on elf according to RQ1 manual is 25% +5 previous experience and +25 attack bonus. Free training is available to lay members in those skills so I assumed 50% If I am wrong, feel free to correct them.

Spent 450 on multimissile 450 on disrupt 270 bow training. Used 10% training discount.

I put a question in a comment in the character sheet document. I have been noting skills as X (Y) where Y is X + ability bonus. One house rule I use is that all the training and experience is based off skill percentages unmodified by the ability bonus. Any percentages granted in previous experience of course then get the ability bonus on top.

Either I can adjust the sheet or you can. After that is done, I just want to double check everything.

Also, especially with previous experience in use, I grant characters all the free spells, so you get Healing 6 and Speedart 4 since those are free (yea, Aldryami rock the healing world.... Getting to start with Healing 6 is awesome...).
