In the midst of the high chapparal lies a city. A beacon of civility in the nomad dominated Prax. Fighting off the nomads for 300 years, being invaded and conquered by the trolls, this city dominates the Zolafel river making it the major trade center for the entire land. With the main city destroyed by invaders and a new City built outside of its wall. Pavis has been a frontier city with its main trade coming from investigations of the Rubble.
The Lunars came and conquered New Pavis and regulating the looting of the ruins. Then after the Dragon Rising in Sartar the Lunars left the city and all law was lost. The ruling Sartar King Kaytln Strarbrow left some in charge but nothing firm. The time to raid the ruins is now and power is up for grabs.
Come to this oasis is an inhospitable land. Where all are welcome until they are not.
