Re: OOC Discussion
Overall though, it's a good idea. We should stash the torches, for sure. I'm ok with freeing the armor/weapons from the statues on our return trip.

mmmmm musty rolls..... just like gramma used to make.
Re: OOC Discussion
Hrmmm, storing your food in a subway tunnel also kind of springs to mind as a comparison.
So no to the statues, for now, and then storing the torches in the storage room? What do you want to do with the food? It will likely attract vermin if you leave it indefinitely. Yet another reason not to expect to come back and eat it.

Re: OOC Discussion
Sounds like a plan. No to the statues, yes to storing torches, take the food with us.

Re: OOC Discussion
Sounds good. The food can be moved into (3) small bags, and carried by the henchmen... most of you guys are pretty packed with stuff. Alternatively, the torches can be moved into one small bag, and somebody can lug the big bag of food. I'm sort of assuming you don't feel the need to salvage the waterskins?
(I'll update later today/tonight with your exit, unless there's something else you guys want to add)

Re: OOC Discussion
Thanks! I'm just catching up on the IC thread now.
Re: OOC Discussion
I see the party has rested for a Turn while I was away. Can we assume Galen used Contemplation (meditate for 1 Turn to regain 1 spell slot at each spell level) during that time?
Re: OOC Discussion
I think contemplation is a little less good than that, at least in acks. It looks like an hour for one spell, no?

Re: OOC Discussion
Yes, that's correct. Sorry, I wasn't trying to say you get all of them, but that you can only ever recover 1 of a given spell-level per day. I'm hoping to have recovered one 1st-Level spell.
Re: OOC Discussion
Bwuh-? Misread your last email. You're right, I was thinking it was a Turn, not an hour (6 Turns), per spell. Not quite sure how I made that mistake...

Re: OOC Discussion
Lol, that's cool. I think that'll work to help speed up healing (or whatever) once you're back in civilization, but it seems harder to apply in the dungeon, itself.

Re: OOC Discussion
Meh. If you need spells, an hour in that barred room wouldn't be a big deal. In civilization its benefit isn't such a big deal, between natural healing, and Healing Proficiency. Still, two Healing Salves per day is pretty good...
Re: OOC Discussion
True enough. So long as you are willing and able to hole up, it can be useful.

Re: OOC Discussion
Bob, just wanted to make sure you didn't miss that Solaine gave Galen 10gp to compensate him for the comfrey.

Since he brought her back from the brink of death, it was the least she could do.
