The Doctor looks to the others, "Let them stew for a day or two then we can tell them we saved their city."

When the dragon is out of the earshot, he says: "...No reward?'

"Our reward is with the Kobolds - its on the way to town. Why don't we return to the dwarven stronghold, complete the clear out, get our reward and then return to the town as heroes?"

Jenks looks expectantly around the group.

The Trip back to Caer Breannau is a ~12 Hexes trip, ~ 6 days (~ 144 Miles) from where you currently are.

That trip would also have you go through Gaer Anobaith again.

There is also Marmor Quarry if you wish to go back to there.

The Trip back to the Kobold Lair is 4 days / ~7 1/2 Hexes (~78 Miles)

Arn brushes his moustache away from his mouth. 'Sooner would be better. We should be passing the kobold lair on our way back, and it shouldn't take us much time to investigate there some more. Perhaps we can find out what happened to the dwarves, or at least avenge them.'

Elusev looks to the group, "Our mission is done, the egg is safe and the dragon is placated. I am fine with returning to the kobolds den and finding what rewards are there."

The Doctor says, "It would seem we will visit the kobolds lair then before returning to the city. Let's go clear it out and return it to the dwarfs."
