If you want you can roll damage as appropriate.

When Morgan comes scurrying back, Grim calls out to the rest. "He says the dead come walking this way! Come, hold the archway, lads!" Pikar waves his torch, intending to try to light the things if they get close. Daryll will run up and position himself about 10' from Grim... not too close....

Cisneros will attempt to examine the frescoes insofar as he can make them out. Maybe there's some writing?

Grim and Pikar will go to the archway and peer through cautiously.

Daryll will search a few piles of bones.

Grim and Pikar follow, and will light others' torches as necessary. Cisneros follows, then Daryll brings up the rear.

"Hey, tough guy," says Daryll, jerking his chin at Milner. "What's on the other end of that rope?"

Grim looks up and says, "Can't see the bottom. Long way down."

Grim and Pikar lean over the hole and peer down, seeing how far the torchlight goes.

[If Milner isn't going to be around often, maybe he doesn't make a good leader...]

Grim and Pikar descend into the gloom cautiously. Cisneros and Daryll follow.

[Everybody waits for the guy in the chainmail to make a move.]

Darryl pulls some flint and steel out of a pocket. "Here, I'll light 'em up if you carry 'em." He lights a torch for Pikar and Morgan (and anyone else who needs a light).

Grim and Pikar stand near to Milner. Pikar takes a deep breath. "Smells like home!" Grim chuckles. "All right, Mister Milner, you've been below before? We're with you."

Cisneros the elf positions himself behind the dwarves, and Darryl hangs back, looking around nervously.

Cisneros the elven artisan will use his clay to make some nice molds for the local smith (knife probably, or metal rings for making mail, or something trinkety) and try to sell them or trade them for whatever he can get. He'll also look to trade his staff and mirror for some padded armor and a long...
