Re: Interlude 7: Rolling in cash

Ranulf will give Audi a 25 gp bonus 'to go buy herself something pretty' and will spend some gold on a fancier set of clothes for himself too. While in town and not involved in trading jewelry for gold etc, he'll be visiting the 'finer' establishments in town and doing some carousing. If I remember ...

**Hey Dogma, I didn't have any response from you, so I hope me taking this course of action with Deacon is okay Don't mind at all. It's what I would have done anyways. The adrenaline coursing through Deacon's vein's prevents him from feeling the pain of the gunshot would in his arm, but from previo...

Re: CHAPTER 3a: The Thorax Scavengers

Oor-Zak will use his telekinesis to either drag one of the dead Thorax warriors on top of himself to provide cover or will use it to deflect the oncoming javelins, whichever is more feasible.

how long is he stunned for? Until he makes a save?

With Quinn's gimpy leg, would he need a horse or mule for the trip to Adamas? Or need to ride in the wagon at least?

Deacon winces as he sees Lisa go down. Pulling the pin on his grenade, he throws it like a bowling ball, aiming to roll it beneath the bus to where he thinks the most Russian soldiers are standing. "Keep up the fire! Keeps their heads down!" Deacon will use his hero point for the grenade a...

Re: Interlude 7: Rolling in cash

Ranulf nods in agreement. "I think we should hold onto that map until we know we've explored everything. But if we do end up selling it, we should at least wait until were back from Adamas. No point giving those other's time to loot though the place while we're not around to compete with them. ...

Re: Episode 7: Iron Door, revisited

Ok. I don't want to drop his regular sword in case we need to fight on our way out. I'd rather not use the magic sword until we have better idea of what it is. For know he will empty his pack of food and water and drop his shield. Ranulf almost giggles aloud as he rakes armfuls of coins and trinket...

Can Ranulf drop his shield and carry the sword with no extra net encumbrance?

Re: Episode 7: Iron Door, revisited

Yeah, we could stash a fair bit of adventuring gear here to lighten our load - items that are easily replaced in town. That should take us far enough that we aren't overly encumbered with the haul. And much of it is in the kind of container one can momentarily drop in case we run into trouble. Just...

Re: Episode 7: Iron Door, revisited

Man, go away for a few days and the whole place goes to hell :) I agree that we should give it one more round before we retreat. Does military oil on the ground provide a slipping hazard if we prep a pool ahead of time and then have to retreat through it? We can sacrifice the berserkers to screen u...

Deacon echoes what Billy and Saul have already pointed out. "Only Saul and me have any military training. Lisa here is law enforcement so she can shoot, but she's not trained for combat. The others are just civvies. We can use the equipement, but are you sure you've got no one else to spare?&qu...

Re: OOC Discussion 3

We should do a short expedition to the iron door to room 6 before hiring on the delvers (no need to tempt them with our new found riches :D :)). Then I like the suggestion that they eventually patrol in Dwimmermount, but just in areas that we've already cleared (north of the great hallway (rooms 26,...
